after my experiences with the largest guest house (also known as gaijin house, or ghetto house) operator in Tokyo its time people knew the awful truth - yes, they suck.
Ok, gaijin houses suck in general, but these guys for all outward appearances look more professional than most and are advertised on other sites quite heavily. Do not be deceived, they are just another ghetto house with unfriendly staff, childish policies and looking to make a quick buck at your expense.
I'll post my experiences here and those of my fellow tennants and I welcome anyone else to send me theirs - I'll post it for you ( of course names and other private info will not be disclosed)
